Q. What tips do you recommend for guests?

Make the most of your day by wearing comfortable walking shoes and bring a light sweater because it does get cool in the rainforests and sometimes by the sea. We suggest you bring water and some snacks with you for your comfort throughout the day. Many of our tours are still enjoyable if there is light rain so please don't let the weather put you off without chatting to a reservations member.

 

Q. What is the cancellation policy for my tour?

Day Tours •No cancellation fee if cancelled 24 hours or more prior to tour departure. •100% cancellation fee applies if passengers cancel on day of tour or fail to load. Accommodation/Overnight Tours •No cancellation fee for accommodated tours if cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure date. •100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled on the day of departure or passengers fail to load.

 

Q. Do you offer concession discounts?

Yes! We offer $5 off full day tours for pension, seniors and student card holders.

 

Q. Do your tours operate in wet weather?

Tour will operate in wet weather unless specified otherwise.

 

Q. What credit cards do you accept?

American Express, Visa and Mastercard

 

Q. Do you offer Child Fares?

Applicable to children aged 3–14 years inclusive(Brisbane 3 tours and Themeparks are 3 to 13years). Infants aged under 3 are free, unless otherwise stated (Fraser Island trip full child fare).

 

Q. What should I wear for my tour?

Casual comfortable clothing and shoes with a warm jacket for hinterland tours.

 

Q. Do I need to reconfirm my tour?

Yes, you must call 24 hours prior to departure to confirm your pick up time and departure point.

 

Q. Do you assist with Wildlife Rescue?

Q. Do I need to bring a torch for the night time Glow Worm tour?

You are welcome to bring your own special torch, but we do provide small torches for all guests.

 

Q. Wheelchair access

Disabled access is permitted with the assistance of an escort or family member as a helper. Unfortunately our drivers are not able to lift wheelchairs or persons onto and off of the coaches. (Collapsible wheelchairs only please as we do not have wheelchair lifts to access the vehicles.)
